Basement Day 1 - All of the water in the back yard is worrisome. Strangely the foundation drain here was fairly dry, and yet water was found behind this foundation wall. That could be trouble. Looks like we will be putting in a drain field in the yard and an inner footer drain. But the good news is there was an unexpected panel here which may give us a lot more ceiling height...potentially 9 feet!
