After nearly a year of planning we are finally ready to break ground on our basement remodel project. The plan is to excavate the crawlspace under the house and add a 1200 sqft walkout basement, which will include a craft room (bedroom), bath, rec room, storage, and most importantly - a dedicated home theater with wet bar. We have spent many hours designing and redesigning the space which now has been architected and permitted. The project officially begins tomorrow 4/17/2005 and is expected to run about 3 months.
