Updates

Here is a general update on the progress that has occurred over the past week since the concrete slab was poured last Tuesday.

On Friday, a water proofing product called ProSeal 36 was sprayed on the slab. That crap is expensive. A 5 gallon bucket runs $800! It stayed wet pretty much all weekend. That is why I wasn't able to get in there to take more pictures for that VR movie I mentioned earlier.

Yesterday they power washed all of the walls in preparation for spraying on another negative side water proofing product. They also cleaned out the spreader cleats in the footings and covered them up with a concrete patch to stop that leak and prevent future leaks.

Next they are going to cut off all of the below grade snap ties and patch those holes.

Oh yeah. The lumber package arrived yesterday as well.
